Adrienne Tom, the founder and Director of Career Impressions, is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) with a Bachelor of Arts in English. As the principal writer at Career Impressions she was the very first CPRW in Calgary, Alberta, and is one of only three individuals in Alberta with the CEIP certification. Adrienne has a passion for driving the discovery of what sets job seekers apart and for creating impressive career documents. She is experienced in guiding global market clientele of all career levels, within all industries, through the discovery of their marketable skills. Jennifer graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, and she has experience working as a Commercial Analyst and a Broker in the Commercial Insurance industry.

Lisa Switzer is a Certified Human Resources Professional with a Certificate in HR Management, and Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Western Ontario. As the founder of SwitzerSolutions, she delivers custom workshops and provides a variety of recruitment and career consulting services across private, non-profit, and small to mid-size businesses.
